Commercial Real Estate Appraiser - Kansas City

We are seeking a licensed Real Estate Appraiser in Kansas City, Missouri to join our growing team! You will be responsible for the valuation of commercial real estate for a variety of clients.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Prepare financial analysis and projections in the valuation of commercial real estate

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends

  • Interact with developers, investors and lenders

  • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value

  • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures

  • Verify and disclose property facts to clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years commercial real estate appraisal experience

  • State certification preferred

  • Finance background

  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields preferred

  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases

  • Ability to build rapport with clients

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly motivated

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
